In order to purchase the new brand of lenses I had to take an express exam for the new prescription, which I did. Still, she wanted to argue some more and once again hung up on me. Thanks to this young lady and to 1-800-contacts! 1-800-CONTACTS sent me the wrong prescription contacts (+8 instead of -8) and I had to book an eye examination because I thought there was something seriously wrong with my eyes. They are terribly misleading. It couldn't record my answers well even though I was in a quiet room. But the only down side I've noticed with their contacts is that after taking them out at night.The following morning I have dried crust in the corners of my eyes. Honestly, the reason I will continue to use 1-800 Contacts is because of their incredible customer service. Then I noticed that while the power was the same, the size of the lens was tiny in comparison to my regular lenses. I won't order from them again and make the same mistake twice. When I contacted them, they pretended to look up other options.
