Not only are they incredibly helpful at answering every question you may have about the process, but the people I have interacted with have also been genuinely kind. In order to purchase the new brand of lenses I had to take an express exam for the new prescription, which I did. Still, she wanted to argue some more and once again hung up on me. Thanks to this young lady and to 1-800-contacts! 1-800-CONTACTS sent me the wrong prescription contacts (+8 instead of -8) and I had to book an eye examination because I thought there was something seriously wrong with my eyes. They are terribly misleading. It couldn't record my answers well even though I was in a quiet room. But the only down side I've noticed with their contacts is that after taking them out at night.The following morning I have dried crust in the corners of my eyes. Honestly, the reason I will continue to use 1-800 Contacts is because of their incredible customer service. Then I noticed that while the power was the same, the size of the lens was tiny in comparison to my regular lenses. Everyone I spoke to was absolutely amazing, but Deena is truly the most caring, patient, sincere, compassionate and helpful rep I've ever had the good fortune to meet!!! (Which is what I should have done in the first place). I had a torn lens... and they replaced it instantly! I've been a loyal, satisfied customer for years, but they now have my business for life!!! I have had had excellent service. For the most part, the reps are helpful and caring but I probably won't use the site again for a very long time. I ran out of contact lenses, and had a trip the week of my eye Dr. would not give me an appointment. They take your money, place your order. It has been a long time since the person who picked up the phone for any customer service issue with any company was able to resolve my issue without transferring me, and so pleasantly! I won't order from them again and make the same mistake twice. When I contacted them, they pretended to look up other options. The assurance that this company gave me through each step of the purchasing process is amazing. Calling my credit card tomorrow to dispute the full amount.
